Communication Is Best Policy
I usually tell it like it is…Communication is definitely the BEST policy. With consumers, especially in these days of recession, brands need to be more transparent with their companies’ intentions and practices.
I feel that’s part of the reason that individuals are in so much financial trouble these days is due to the lack of knowledge that they have available to them. Not to say that consumers are at fault for not exploring, but companies have to take some ownership as well. No???
